Frisbee at Lunch
The Synergy Health team recently spent lunchtime down at the park throwing a Frisbee. What a great workout! The team got some sun, had to move fast and had lots of fun. Some of the team even had to lift heavy things (in the nicest possible way!) as they lifted Jacqui into the tree to recover the Frisbee! Great action photos Font Squirrel.
