Health Questionnaire is designed to empower employees to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
The programme starts with employees completing an online health questionnaire to generate a personalised health report covering a range of health related areas. The health assessment can be enhanced by having a nurse assess physiological measures that include cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, waist circumference and BMI.
A ‘Business Health Report’ can be produced that identifies key health risks in an employee population. It identifies progress in group health status over time and, therefore, enables a business to evaluate the impact of any health intervention on key business measures.
