We Have A New PM!
Synergy Health is pleased to have Kate Wright join the team as our shiny and new Project Manager!
Kate has a wealth of experience in the HR, Project Implementation and Management fields. She also runs a few kilometres each week (having completed the Boston Marathon) and is enjoying her new challenge of doing CrossFit. Kate will be co-ordinating the delivery of our ‘Complete Wellness Solutions’.

Jamie Scott, our own guru health researcher, has been asked back to present at the Ancestral Health Symposium in Boston this year. After last year's success, Jamie joins a number of the world's leading authorities on the topic of evolutionary biology and its implications on health, wellbeing and sporting performance. Latest Research - The Impact of the GCC on Employee Physical and Mental Wellbeing
Our friends at the FCDP (www.chronicdiseaseprevention.org) have been busy assessing the impact of participation in the Global Corporate Challenge® on:
• Low intensity physical activity levels
• Employees risk factors to diabetes and cardiovascular disease
• Workplace productivity
• Psychological wellbeing
The study involved working with a number of organisations which included (Tesco Plc, Kraft Foods UK, Wood Group, Tyco Fire Products and Hays Recruitment) and the results were fantastic!
